"I do not know the hotel’s pet policy. I was not traveling with my dog, but the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe staying there. This is an older hotel with exterior doors that lead to the parking lot so if that’s not your thing, you may want to find another place but the location was important to me and so I chose to stay at the Heritage Inn again. the staff was very helpful and I’m grateful.
