"The thing I couldn't believe about this property is that there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. We were not traveling lightly and the front desk clerk offered to help carry our things upstairs. It was very nice of her but really, why isn't there an elevator?"

"The heating unit worked great. I was able to sleep soundly. There was a great variety of stores nearby. I enjoyed a very nice Mexican meal."

"So bad we actually left the property and drove an additional two hours to find a decent property! Lobby reeked of weed, staff were questionable, ac was not working, water wouldn’t turn off, heard something scurrying away when I opened the door, the room had a terrible smell and was very humid, they say no pets allowed but there was a large dog barking constantly 2 doors down. Overall just a disgusting room and I did not feel safe."

"Property is old and run down. Room looked out on I-35 and corresponding noise. Ice buck was dirty. Food at breakfast was good and staff person there tried her best to keep up but there was a leak in the ceiling in the middle of the room that required a bucket. Coffee was horrible.., just coffee colored water. "
