We stayed in the room with a view of the river. It was so relaxing having the windows open with the nice weather and hearing the water rush by. The room and inn itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I do think that the room itself could use some updating and attention in the bathroom specifically. Overall, the location of this Inn though cannot be beat. We were so close to everything that anything (shopping, food, waterfront) was no more than a 5 min easy walk away. Yet, this was quiet and secluded! The inn had also provided water, ice, tea, hot coco, hot water and coffee anytime a guest would like it.

We loved the fact that this building is essentially on stilts (concrete piers) standing in the middle of the river. Our room was on the first floor RIGHT ABOVE THE BABBLING BROOK! We had no idea we'd be getting this, and we LOVED it! We kept the window open even though the temperature was cool. Very romantic and slept like a baby. This is an old Inn, and as result is a little worn, but the room was large and had all the essentials. The location is perfect, parking super-close and easy. Right in the middle of everything. You could spend a bunch more at other Inns and be a short block closer to things, but why? I don't think there is an elevator, if you are on the upper floors. I couldn't find a coin-op laundry in the building, and the desk was seldom staffed to ask. We'd defininately stay here again, for the river and the value over nearby hotels.

Perfect place for a couples getaway

Lovely weekend getaway in Camden Maine. The Inn was very close to everything. It was a quiet, private inn. Didn't really see any others when we were there, which we liked. Nice to have a Keurig, water and ice machine outside our room. Easy parking and helpful instructions for late check-in.

Great Place in Camden

We were there the first weekend in August of 2023. The place was located down town Camden close to everything. The owners were so nice place was very clean can’t wait to book again really enjoyed our stay

The perfect location in downtown Camden, walkable to everything. Parking was a breeze, which was a relief on a busy summer weekend. Our room was very clean, which is the most important thing for me when it comes to a hotel stay. The bed was also very comfortable! The inn itself is in need of some minor repairs and upkeep. The coffee station was frequently left unstocked, white towels were dingy and the recycling bin wasn’t emptied for days. These are just ittle things that we noticed. Overall a darling little inn and we would stay here again.

In the heart of town

The Inn was well located and easily accessible to town. We were disappointed that we had great difficulty with the television and the wi-fi signal did not reach our room upstairs. If you are making a reservation and cannot climb a lot of stairs, be sure to ask if they have a lower room. We were quite surprised that there was no elevator. It's a long haul up a bunch of steps with your bags. Beyond that it's a nice place. Very clean and quiet.
