"Room was very tidy and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly all around. Girl working in the breakfast nook friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options for most people including. Gluten-free bread. Note. Not hotels fault but tons of road work going on all around the area of King Street and outward. A little hard to find exactly where you are going cu some entrances and the hotel blocked to local businesses and lane closures. Get there before the usual five o'clock traffic or after for...

"Bathroom was very dirty. Toilet didn't look like it been cleaned and the tile floor around the toilet had urine spots all around the toilet. Also shower was dirty."

"This hotel isn't terrible, but we wouldn't stay there again. There are no on-site staff, so no one to help you directly, which was a problem multiple times for us. The first time, I used a number on the hotel website and was connected with someone off-site who knew nothing about the hotel property and couldn't help me. The second time, I called a different number, which was listed on a sheet of paper we were given, and the person on the other end yelled "HELLO?!" into the phone like they were...

"Our room (128)was clean and easy to access from outside as we were on the main floor. We appreciated the self serve breakfast and used the ice machine. What we feel needs to improve is: there was an ironing board and iron but no hair blower : the bed nearest the window was squeaky whenever the person using it moved :this morning the lids for the cups in the dining area would not fit on the cups Thank you"

"My room was clean and comfortable. The outside noise from the highway was not noticeable in the room at all and the blackout curtains kept the room dark for sleeping. The fridge was good but the freezer didn't keep my ice packs frozen. Microwave and coffee maker in the room worked fine. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I'd stay there again."
