It was replaced within 20 minutes of calling the head desk. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. The hotel is on the main corridor, so expect lots of traffic noise."

"Very nice, clean and quiet. Disappointed that breakfast was not included with the expensive room. Would have made out better if I booked directly with Hilton. No hilton honors discount was given and no senior discount. Very disappointed. Stay was fine but high cost for service provided."

"The bed was comfortable and away from the Main Street noise and close to Heritage bible seminary where the conference was taking place. Screens in the window in my room need replacing because there was a big hole in the screen. The staff was helpful and pleasant."
