O hotel é perfeito para longas viagens e que precisa parar no meio do caminho para descansar. Ótimos quartos, um bom café da manhã, boa comida no restaurante e o atendimento é sempre cortês. O único ponto que é um problema (já estive no hotel outras vezes) é a morosidade do atendimento do restaurante. Poucas pessoas para momentos em que alta demanda, de tal forma que um Cheese salada leva uma hora para ficar pronto. Outra questão importante (e por isso que não dei a nota máxima no café da manhã) é se esquecerem que muitas pessoas tomam leite desnatado ou vegano porque precisam (caso de coronariopatas). Uma latinha de leite em pó disponível resolveria tudo e não afetaria em nada o custo do café.

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto amplo, ar condicionado poderia ter a função de aquecimento, banheiro com mofo nos rejuntes na área do chuveiro e com a esteira da academia com defeito, quase me acidentei com a parada brusca da esteira.

Experiência ruim

Fomos atendido por um rapaz as 12h30 p qual perguntamos sobre o check in. Ele respondeu que era as 14h00 e nao foi nem um pouco cortês ou empatico, uma vez que estávamos com uma criança de 4 anos, usamos o banheiro e voltamos depois das 18h . Ai fomos atendidos pela Srya Erica e Kayany, super educadas e prestativas alem de muito simpaticas. O quarto estava estranho.eu e meu filho nos coçamos muito e acordamos com.muitas picadas. Entendo q nao eram pernilongos pq fizemos uma busca, achamos que eram pulgas. Mas enfim era muito tarde para reclamar e elw estava exausto. Estacionamento tinham vagas porem outros hospedes colocaram os carros de qualquer jeito inviabilizando que outros carros estacionassem, deveriam ter alguem cuidando dessa parte. Quando reclamei fui informado que a camera nao pega todas as vagas e que nao poderiam descer para checar.
