Bom, mas deve melhorar, sobretudo na atenção

Ao longo de 20 anos foi a nossa terceira hospedagem. Gostamos do hotel, mas percebemos uma queda no atendimento. Inoportuno ter que pedir para usar a piscina aquecida, especialmente porque nunca retornam dizendo estar liberada (sem contar que num dos dias a água estava escaldante e não conseguimos passar mais de dez minutos). O novo bistrô é bonito, tem bela vista e é bem decorado, mas, num dos dias (foram cinco), tentamos ir às 20h30 e já estava fechado. Esqueceram de nos avisar que deveríamos comunicar até 19h. O café da manhã nitidamente caiu; lembrávamos de ter doces e tortas salgadas, o que somente na sexta-feira (último dia) havia, quando o hotel estava com mais hóspedes. Se estávamos pagando (e bem), o padrão deveria ser constante; teve dia que nem pão de queijo havia (é Minas!). Enfim, pode ou precisa melhorar.

Excelente opção em Monte Verde

O atendimento foi muito simpático e cordial. O hotel é completo, possui ótima infraestrutura. A localização é muito boa, a poucos minutos de caminhada para próxima a avenida principal. O quarto é limpo amplo e confortável.

DECEPÇÃO TOTAL

Maior decepção. O hotel possui apenas aquecedor central, que só liga quando atinge 10°. O quarto fica congelante, e é fornecido apenas um pouco de lenha, que não dá conta de aquecer o suficiente. Atendimento PÉSSIMO. Chegamos por volta das 12h pra fazer o check-in e eles nem queriam abrir o portão porque o horário era as 14h, não liberaram o quarto nem meio minuto antes. Hotel caro, não vale o que cobram. Estrutura antiga, porém tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, porém quando acabava alguma coisa demorava repor. Não recomendo e nunca voltarei.

Hotel muito bom

Hotel muito bonito, local bem perto da rua principal, quarto e banheiro amplo, estacionamento fácil, dentro do hotel, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento muito bom. Ressalva na banheira de hidromassagem que estava com as válvulas um pouco enferrujada e deu defeito o qual a atendente noturna, muito solícita veio ao nosso chamado desligando-a no disjuntor.

Achei pouca a oferta de canais de tv, não funcionava adequadamente. Bebidas do café da manhã sempre na temperatura morna, nesse frio gostaria de bebidas quentes. Aquecimento do quarto, por ser automático, não funcionou nem uma vez com temperatura bem baixa

Hotel com boa estrutura de atendimento, acomodação perfeita com estacionamento coberto e junto ao quarto. Funcionários bem preparados com ótimo serviço. Ótima aparência das instalações com aspecto de tudo novo. Café da manhã que atende perfeitamente bem e com ótimo atendimento do pessoal de serviço. Altamente recomendável para não errar na escolha. Situado em rua pavimentada e a pouca distância do centro de compras e restaurantes, cerca de 600 m. Considerado uma das melhores acomodações de Monte Verde.

Hotel sensacional!!

A estadia foi sensacional. O hotel é muito bem localizado, as acomodações são muito limpas e modernas. Dispõe dos melhores equipamentos. Os funcionários sempre preocupados com nosso bem-estar e muito educados. Além disso, a noite de fondue do hotel vale muito a pena, e o café da manhã é muito gostoso. Não temos absolutamente nada a reclamar.

Excelente quarto, limpo e espaçoso! Além da cama de casal tem uma bi-cama para os filhos! O quarto estava sempre muito limpo e todos muito atenciosos (da chegada até a saída). Ótimo café da manhã também!

Frustrante

Infelizmente achei que o valor da diária não corresponde ao que o hotel oferece . Ficamos em um quarto triplo , eu , meu marido e meu filho um adolescente de 15 anos. A cama que ofereceram foi um sofá cama, muito desconfortável . Solicitamos colchão pra jogar no chão para que meu filho dormisse um pouco melhor, mas mesmo assim ficou a desejar . Café da manhã pauperrimo, pouquíssimas variedades . Café espresso se quiser tem que pagar a mais , apesar da diária bem acima da média para o local . Wi-fi não funcionava …muito ruim . Em resumo , hotel caro mas não vale o que paga .

Bem razoável pelo padrão e preço pago.

Quando contratei tinha expectativa de ter uma banheira e condições iguais as das foto que tinha olhado no site da Hoteis.com. Minha escolha da tarifa mais cara era para ter acesso ao quarto em questão. Quando nos deram o quarto foi com uma banheira em péssimo estado, colocaram condições para ligar o aquecedor do quarto (- de 13 graus) e mesmo quando chegou a essa temperatura o hotel não ligou o aquecedor. Não nos foi avisado que o SPA estava em manutenção e quando fomos marcar a massagem, não conseguimos.
