"Room clean, broken restroom doors, low water pressure in restroom sink, broken curtains. Ice machine broken! We had to pick up towels and blankets at the front office. "

"Our room had a dirty hat left in the closet. When we tried to tell staff they tried to argue like the hat that was left was ours. There was also crushed chips on the carpet like they were never cleaned from one guest to the next."

"Bedding was not clean. Had hair and stains on sheets. When it was brought up to the front desk staff they changed the sheets and second set still dirty. Checked out less that two hours after checking in and was never given refund. Charge for two nights on a two hour stay. "

"There was no hair dryer and I ran out of hot water in the shower wayyy too fast. The staff did get me the hair dryer quickly. The “fireplace” was kind of a joke."

"Ac was struggling shower was struggling. Ordered a king and got one maybe queen. Only one human sized towel. Tv is whack no channels. Pool is cold out by the street. All amenities at the front desk area very far away. Weird activity at night. Not a safe feeling. Parking lot kinda weird and cracky. The people hanging out. No security. Over priced no coffee machine in the room. Only good thing might be the ability to subsist for a night so you can rush home the next day. At least the water was warm. The bed was hard and soft squishing on one side. There was only cold white overhead light. This was a disaster. Glad I brought my own blanket and pillow. Found dirty curly pubes on the sheets. Just deplorable. "

"We had a pet with us and given a room on the first floor. The carpet on the way to the room was a bit dingy and stained. Entering the room there was an odor. The water pressure for the shower was very poor. The toilet had chipping paint or the top plastic was peeling. The Kleenex box only had 5 tissues left. Parking lot was full at the end of the night. It was hard to sleep due to the noise of the AC."
