"The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky. Had to pay extra for second log in fire place. Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning. Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Sonoma. Our room was lovely and the perfect size. It had a mini-fridge, a fireplace and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also nicely appointed and their was good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was outstanding and we looked forward to it every morning. All the staff were super nice & very helpful. It is right in downtown so it was easy to walk to restaurants & shopping. We also enjoyed the hot tub several times. Oh, I almost forget...

"Clean room. Needed more counter space in the bathroom. Staff was friendly, a gentleman carried my bag upstairs when I checked in but after calling the front desk no one ever came. I would stay again"

"This property was quaint. We stayed in the cottage was a little more than a converted shed but it was comfy, cool, and quiet. We loved having the privacy. We weren’t able to stay for breakfast or really enjoy the outdoor spaces which were so cute but it was beautiful. The bed was sooo comfy. Perfect rest after 600 miles on a motorcycle."

"Very clean and comfortable bed. But this is a motel style place to stay. Since it is operated by Best Western the sheets and towels are decent and more like hotel quality. But the teeny room and layout is all motel. You can hear everyone outside your window since the front door opens directly to the cars. I would stay here again if needed but it is way overpriced at $200/night. It should be more like $100"

"Lack of convenient hot water. Morning shower took a full 10 minutes for luke warm water. Called the owner and he acknowledged it would take "a while" for hot water to reach that end of the hotel. Also the hotel was not staffed for my Sunday and Monday nights stay. I was given a front door key to let myself in and out when going about town trusting that other guests would be responsible enough to see that they ensured the building was secure as they came and went. "Stayed at Hampton Inn Petaluma and it was adorable, clean, and clearly updated. My room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Great breakfast options and an ideal location—would definitely stay again."
