"coffee capsules need to be replaced or the machine since it doesn' t cut the foil cover. Careful ,review your credit card charges , they charged me twice for the stay. check your account immediately. Pizza restaurant is great but 25 dollars US for a cocktail is way too exaggerated for Cali, Colombia"

"The sheets hasn’t been changed; the shower did not pour water as it should be’ it looked old and not well maintained; the shower got flood so quickly; the water from the shower wet the floor outside the shower."

"Por tercer ocasión el Hotel se niega a entregarme una factura por el pago directamente a ellos del impuesto pagado en el hotel. Por más que al momento de mi llegada me aseguraron recibir la factura al check out no fue posible y me ha pasado ya en otras visitas realizadas al hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cali, Colombia. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help throughout my visit. I especially appreciated how well the hotel was maintained—my room was cleaned and refreshed every day, which made coming back after a long day very comfortable.
One of the things that stood out most was the sense of security. The property felt safe at all times, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind during my stay.
