"The staff was really nice and responsive the common areas were nice but need ice. The room was a great size but it was dirty, food crumbs on the beds trash on the floor, and it wasnt stocked no handsoap or extra toilet paper. There was a kitchenette but no utensils. The tiles in the bathroom were teetering and missing grout the curtains were broken in the bedroom. I was disappointed when I said it was dirty they didn't come clean or offer another room they gave us soap and blankets that we asked for that we covered the beds with. Cleaning every other day ... no trash was removed or linen changed or even beds made. They just took the dirty towels and put a few clean ones in. We had to keep asking for stuff."

"It is a beautiful resort with many amenities to chose from. I highly recommend playing the north golf course, being from Arizona it was a great change in senery. My wife loved the spa and we truly enjoyed the steak house. Priced is very comparable to most steak houses. They did have a wedding on Saturday night and it was directly under our suite, but they finished at 10pm. Would recommend this place to anyone."

"So the property and amenities we good. Our room just had a lazy house keeper. There was a crushed water bottle by office chair we moved the ottoman by couch and lots of popcorn under it. All it would take is a supervisor to go through a room after house keeping was done and check a few times a week to make sure they are doing the cleaning right. Front desk when we told them was lame when we told them the room was not up to standard when you are paying $176 for one night then $328 for a Saturday night the room should be clean. All she said was oh sorry about that. Usually Drury is exceptional places to stay."

"Computers went down whilst we were there. People could not check in and we were locked out of our room. Very unfortunate. They seemed very short staffed. No new towels or anything for our room. Never even came by. 5 days. Breakfast was so so. Could have been hotter. Terri was great in the breakfast area. They ran out of food a few days. Poor management? Wanted to utilize the restaurant but they were out of almost everything and it was early Friday night. Again, poor management on a holiday weekend and a packed hotel. Hotel has promise as the atrium is really cute and in a great location. Hope they get it together."
