"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

Breakfast was pretty nice. The hotel was very close to the hilltop sites and restaurants. Staff was really helpful for picking restaurants and tours."
