"Bella struttura pulita.Abbiamo avuto problemi la prima notte non è arrivata l'acqua calda perchè nel locale sotto l'appartamento c'era la festa di Halloween e la caldai non aveva sufficiente potenza. "I loved this property. It’s a smaller city and we had a car so we drove to the train station and hopped on the train. The host at San Rocco was wonderful, very accommodating, handled our requests quickly and courteously. The restaurant is run by a man and his wife who previously owned a restaurant. "Wonderful and highly recommendable place in Tuscany within reasonable distance of key Tuscan cities and attractions. As Tuscan as it can be, with traditional Tuscan buildings in a very nice garden with a nice pool and a wonderful view. Be aware though that the property consist of two houses with approx. 250 meters apart. Both very nice, but for a family with kids who love staying at the swimming pool, it was better for us to stay in the main building with the swimming pool and the restaurant....

" Make sure you come prepared, there is nothing around and it’s hard to access. Also, do not plan to arrive late at night. The arrival instructions are very unclear and its easy to get lost."

"We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!"
