"Great hotel would recommend "

"I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area. "My second time staying at Holiday Inn Express. My room 211 felt smaller than my first room 108. A comfortable bed so I got a good sleep. The small table to sit down at was a little dirty as was the top of the shower head. Not a major problem but if I do stay next time, I would prefer to stay on the first floor"

"Beautiful property. A bit of a rabbit warren but delightful to see the original features and feel the age of the building. Comfortable room and excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast had most of what you would expect, I would like more fresh salad available. We especially enjoyed the walking route provided by the hotel, really lovely to get out and about in the grounds.
