This hotel is outstanding. Professional friendly staff who goes out of their way to help, great breakfast and dinner. It’s clean and close to the city center. We highly recommend Agua Del Desierto.

The receptionist was excellent, very polite and helpful. We had a very nice and quiet room with a view on the garden and pool. All the staff was also very helpful. The hotel situation not far from the airport also very practical. A good address to keep for the future!

Pleasant Desert hotel

Pleasant desert hotel with nice pool, bar, and restaurant in Calama. Friendly service. Had to get an early bus so did not have time for breakfast. They arranged an early morning taxi for us to get to the bus station. Good for an overnight stay.

The place is surprisingly nice with grass water features pool and modern amenities, staff speak English very well and are polite attentive and nice. Everything in the room was clean, comfortable mattress, pillows, aircon and buffet breakfast was abundant and with good variety for chile standards, they where upgrading areas has well

Hotel bom, porém o serviço deixa a desejar. Reservamos para um fim de semana para usifruir da área da piscina, porém o espaço estava fechado para um evento privado, e não foi previamente comunicado. Além disso, o checkin foi muito demorado.

Muy buen Hotel

Nos hospedamos muy seguido aquí. Buen servicio. Personal muy amable. Tuvimos que volver a nuestra ciudad antes de la hora de nuestro desayuno y nos prepararon una vianda muy rica para cada uno! :)

O hotel é bonito, tem um quarto confortável e limpo. Apenas achei um descaso do funcionário quando pedi ajuda para limpar meu carro. Durante à noite os pássaros simplesmente sujaram todo o vidro no estacionamento e ele me deu uma flanela molhada para limpar.

Me gustaría agradecer mucho al chico de la recepción, si no recuerdo mal a Miguel (si no fue así me disculpo), que después del check out hizo la enorme amabilidad de organizar el servicio de taxi y nos cambió 4 dólares en efectivo que nos permitieron pagar el viaje ya que estábamos sin dinero en efectivo y llegamos tarde al autobús. Genial, muchas gracias!

TOdo muy bien, el único detalle es que los jueves tienen musica con DJ en el restaurante y en las habitaciones que dan hacia la piscina no se puede dormir por el ruido.

Todo bien excepto por la TV en la habitación, ninguno de los días que estuve pude TV por cable tal como se ofrece, solicité que revisaran, me dijeron que lo habían solucionado pero no fue así, desde mi llegada hasta mi salida no tuve television. Lo complejo es que cuando vi el problema a mi llegada le dije a la persona de recepción y me dijo que efectivamente sabían que había ese problema... no lo repararon ni tampoco me avisaron.
