The only minor thing that could be improved would be to increase the size of the breakfast area (maybe let the main restaurant area be used) as the dining room was very crowded and we were lucky to get the last table available. "One if the staff went above and beyond when asked about laundry. She was amazing. She was also upset.to mearn that cleaning staff had left the dirty towels holding the door of our room open when we had checked in. She picked them up and took them away.. My husband really enjoyed the course. Due to the gale force winds he was not able to golf the 2nd day and he was disappointed. But that can be Scotland!. Due to the winds a brace should be available to keep windows open. A small feidge...

It was perfect for our 1 night stay with St Andrew’s just a few minutes down the road.
The room was clean and incredibly comfortable, only complaint is the beds were in front of the windows so we couldn’t open them. "
"GREAT location, large rooms - love staying at the Dunny. Onlybwarning I would give is that it will be loud at night (until the bar downstairs closes and the golfers/students disperse) until around 11. Not good for children. "

"Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. "
