Outstanding stay with zero worries

The stay was outstanding and Katrina (owner) and Arvin (caretaker) were the best. They were great hosts, quick to communicate, very helpful on local information, and were eager to accommodate my many requests. For sure, i will stay here again if ever i am in CDO!

Excellent ! This property is exactly what it says "comfy cozy". It felt like home. It is a compact condo, but it is has just the right amount of room. The kitchen was wonderful and stocked with just what you need to prepare any meal. The TV offered up to date entertainment. The property is a short walk from any shopping you need. The property managers were fantastic. They were very informative, helpful, inviting, and hospitable. I would recommend this property to any one person or a couple to stay very safe and comfortable. It is a very "comfy cozy adobe" in CDO. My fiance and I give this property 5 stars.

My family had a wonderful stay in this place. It was cleaned, safe, comfortable and the host is accommodating when we had a little issues ( like internet access or tv problem). I would book this place again and recommended to my family and friends

Very Clean and close to everything!

Very clean, they provide plenty of towels, you can cook if you want to, but we were there for a real vacation, no cooking or cleaning etc. just want to enjoy our vacation and we did, thank you The Loop!

The unit is just across the Limketkai mall and All home. Felt very safe with the 24 hr security at the lobby. The unit itself is very clean and very organized, all the amenities promised are available and functional. It also provided water disprnser for guests. The host is very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely recommend this place

Great stay at Stunning and Cozy Condo in Limetkai.

The communication by the host after booking was timely and friendly. The host met us on time for check-in. The property was well stocked with needs and wants, like towels, blankets, crockery, cutlery, spices, toiletries, etc. The tv and wifi were also good. He was very responsive to queries once we moved in and responded quickly to the property. It was close to the Limketkai shopping mall with easy access to transportation. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I visit Cagayan de Oro.

It is as stunningly cozy as what is mentioned! I planned on renting it again in the next few weeks! The management is quick to respond and approachable. Love the fact that it is just right across the newly found favorite coffee place and close walks to the mall and supermarket and other coffee shops and restaurants. It doesn’t disappoint!
