"Absolutely wonderful! We have just spent 7 nights in this hotel. I do not know where to start as everything was just fantastic. The hotel is in an excellent position for trams and trains yet is absolutely peaceful and tranquil. The beds are so comfortable and the staff who are all young people are amazing They work incrediby hard and always with a smile and are just so helpful and kind. The breakfast was so generous and contained everything from bowls of fresh-fruit, various yogurts, cereal,...

"Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. I would highly recommend adding a bar and a bathmat in the shower as the tub is very slippery and certainly for older or less agile folks it felt dangerous getting in and out and I slipped and banged my knee rather badly. Also to be noted is the shower itself which, while I applaud the conservation...

"Nice hotel in the heart of Toulouse, near the train station, walkable to city centre. Decorations inside the suite were quite fun. Staff were very helpfully able to keep my bag before and after I had checked out."

The staff went out of there way many times to help me with translation, transportation and other items. They made a rough time much easier. The location was also great close to many restaurants, grocery and metro. "
