This short visit was as good as airport-hotel stays get. We stayed at the NH because we had a 6am flight. Everything was smooth as silk, from check-in to check-out (at 4am!!!). There was even a complimentary coffee and croissant service on hand for early birds like us. We didn't take advantage because we were still full from the tasty dinner we had the night before in the lovely hotel restaurant. Kudos to the staff there; service was great. And we slept soundly, benefitting from the room's impeccable sound-proofing. We will definitely stay at the NH Toulouse again if the occasion arises.

We stayed for one night before an early morning departure, so skipped on the hotel breakfast in favour of eating in the Business Class lounge at the airport. The hotel is easy to get to, though a bit of a walk. The final entry into the lobby from the terminal involves a zig-zag for roller bags. Ditto for getting back to the terminal in the morning. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and sleeping was easy. The evening meal in the hotel restaurant was good, with service not beginning until after 7pm --> airlines don't use that kind of schedule, so why does an airport hotel do it? So, a few quirks, but this is the best/easiest hotel to use for an early morning departure from TLS. Recommended!

Great last evening in France. Good breakfast before walking across to the terminal. Will definitely be staying there again. Room was good size and clean, bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in dining room and the service and food good. We didn't need parking as we had returned the hire car.

This hotel is conveniently integrated with the Toulouse airport. Accommodations are fine-room is a good size-and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant menu is underwhelming but quite serviceable.

The room was excellent - spacious; comfortable wide bed; coffee in room, mini bar if you want it; one free water; everything you need in the bathroom. My only complaint about the hotel is that the breakfast price is extortionate unless you really have time to eat your way through the buffet before 09,30. There should be a cheaper continental option.

We always like this hotel. Reception staff are great. Always a struggle to find it - it’s like a maze. More signage please. Great breakfast too. What we don’t like so much are the bar staff - we felt like we were inconveniencing them for asking for a drink. Perhaps they would benefit from some more training.
