"We check into the room that smelled of smoke however we were immediately move to another room. The room we moved to had a bug issue. We killed bug after bug mainly on the ceiling. We weren’t freaked out about a bug here or there but there were 10 or more. (Maybe why the other room smelled of smoke, they probably bomb it lol) We decided to go to pool/spa area but immediately upon inspection we realized we did not want to catch an infection from the dirty water. The bottom of the spa was filthy. The picture they are showing was probably when they first installed it. The staff were friendly. Lobby looked clean. Elevator needed some attention. If you’re on a budget then this would be okay."
