"There was plenty of birds and trails. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was unexpectedly great. The road getting up to the reserve is a little rocky/bumpy but thats literally the only concern everything else was amazing."

"Beautiful grounds, but no restaurant or real hospitality The grounds are well kept and the pool is beautiful with lush vegetation around it, about 1.2 hours from Quito. That's where the positives end. There is no functioning restaurant despite what's advertised — we were directed to a roadside eatery up the street with questionable sanitation. "Included" breakfast required scheduling an appointment and lady was not there a worker came out and told us to waited to brew coffee; we skipped it...

"Un lugar mágico para recibir el año nuevo. Todos son muy amables y serviciales. Felicitaciones por el excelente servicio. "

"Breakfast is great including, other meal options ; at night and early morning tour very well, tour guide has a lot of knowledge . Beautiful place. "

"El lugar está diseñado para una salida familiar, no es un ligar"

"My experience was that my reservation was not accepted. I had to pay cash, and was lucky that they still had a room. The place itself is wonderful, with friendly staff, excellent birding, great food."

"Lugar Tranquilo, el personal atento y amable, recomendado para ir en familia,"

"The service was good, and the facilities were nice. My only suggestion would be to have a fan to make the environment cooler and more comfortable. 😊"

"They were in construction/ renovation on our stay Tried to make is pay twice"

"Prachtig gelegen accomodatie, midden in de natuur. Uitstekende plek voor vogelliefhebbers. Bijzonder vriendelijke mensen, maaltijden uitstekend. Kies bij voorkeur een hoog gelegen huisje, omwille van beter zicht op de omgeving en de vogels. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Twee nachten waren te kort."

"The most sensational experience. My daughter's trip of a lifetime and this hotel was one of the best parts. They arranged every activity and helped us endlessly. Breakfasts were delicious. Can't rate it highly enough. Matt and lily"

"Great staff that went above and beyond. Delicious substantial breakfasts. Beautiful property."
