I Paid for the upgraded ocean view king room. Had to wait till 3pm to get a room initially. They threw two full beds together until the following day then wanted me to checkout for 4 hours with all my belongings and wait to get a king that I should have been in day one of the trip. Do not trust the hotel transfer. I was left to find a cab last minute because the free shuttle provided by Riu did not arrive.
