"It took us 30 minutes to check in with a line to the front door. Our room was dirty with sticky substance under and around the desk. We were there three days, and trash overflowed. The beds were so bad I couldn't make it to the event on the third day (I have fibromyalgia). The only way we will stay here again is if we have to because of proximity to the venue."

"Breakfast was delicious and they do 530 kickbacks with free food (rotates) and three free drinks for each adult. I love the place. I will only be looking for Drury hotels from here on out"

"We had a great stay at the Graduate Hotel. Everyone we encountered was so nice, especially the people at the front desk. The room was adorable, with cute touches like the Ohio throw pillow and blanket. The lobby had lots of different seating areas, which made it a nice place to relax. The location was perfect — right in the middle of everything. Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams was down the block, there were restaurants everywhere, and there was even a bagel shop right behind the hotel parking lot. We had breakfast downstair one morning and it was OK. The only downside was that the orange juice was about $6 or $7 and seemed like it came from a bottle, possibly Tropicana. Overall, I would 100% stay here again."

"People are great and so is the food. Very good alternative to one of the convention center hotels if they are too expensive or booked. Honestly this is probably better anyway. "

"I honestly wasn’t all that impressed. It was the last stay on my 7 Day Rd. trip, and not only was it the most expensive hotel, it was actually the least accommodating. We had to pay $50 to park, there was no free Wi-Fi, and it just wasn’t all that great. I stayed in other hotels for half the price that were just as clean, had free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, free parking, more comfortable beds, and were just overall a more pleasant stay. I expected a lot more from this place."

"The staff was very friendly, but the walls in my room were thin and I could hear my neighbors TV, alarms, and conversations almost as clearly as if they were in my room."

"Its location is convenient for walking the German village and walking to nearby restaurants. The room we were in had a problem with the toilet but we were moved to a comparable room, not poolside (but the pool was closed anyway). The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt safe."
