It's an old motel but well maintained, the room was super clean, staff were lovely and the combo of aircon and fan worked a treat. Didn't hear any noise from other visitors either. Would stay again.

The rooms were great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The shower also had amazing pressure. I loved that the town centre was only a few streets away. We stayed at another hotel after Avlon Gardens with a higher star rating and Avlon put it to shame. I highly recommend Avlon to anyone travelling to Ballina.

The best part was the special treatment given us by Liv and James, hotel owners. The place need little improvements but it didn't matter to us. Our hosts were helpful, friendly, welcoming and very hospitable.

The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and have basic amenities. At night, it is quiet with only the sound of birds singing. Thank you for helping me have a comfortable stay this time. I recommend this motel.
