The room was very clean, and ready early for us to check in which was brilliant. Ideal location close to everything :) One thing to note was the key card holder in the room looked cracked - even when the keycard was slotted in, it flashed red/green constantly. Might just have been our room, however it was an odd light to try and sleep in. Otherwise a great stay!

This was a nice hotel but we had a mixed experience. Most of the staff was very very nice but Angelika was consistently rude and standoffish. Also, please change the hand soap - it is so strong and smells like old man cologne! And then our room when we got there was only half cleaned. Lastly, there is no front desk staff a night time, but just a phone number for security in which we called numerous times and nobody ever picked it! Overall though the restaurant has a very nice breakfast, it was a perfect location, and the hotel had a cute charm.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Very spacious family room, lots of storage, many toiletries, very clean. Cooked breakfast was delicious with a lovely view out the large windows. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for exploring Bydgoszcz

Lovely hotel ideally sited in the centre of the town, minutes from bars, restaurants, Xmas market, etc. Couldn't have asked for a more central location. Hotel was beautiful, clean, warm and just right.

Only stayed one night but hotel was perfect! Great location, right near Market Square with lots or bars etc around but nice and quiet at night. Amazing value for money, the room was huge!
