Very safe. Staff was incredibly attentive and clearly placed safety and comfort of guests first. Truly a lot of care goes into this hotel. Big rooms. I would stay here again. Clean.

Serviço muito bom! Estadia memorável!

O melhor do hotel é a disponibilidade e simpatia dos funcionários, bem como a sensação de estar num local que é só nosso :) Os quartos são razoáveis, com boas varandas. O hotel é muito cuidadoso com o controlo de mosquitos. As refeições são boas e não muito caras, mas a preparação é mesmo muito lenta (desesperante ao almoço). As piscinas são óptimas e a praia linda. Tamanho perfeito de hotel! O isolamento do hotel é grande, pelo que é necessário carro para sair. Recomendaria e voltaria!

Direkt am Strand. Jeden Tag ein anderes Themenevent zum Essen. Super tolles Personal, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Kein Geschäft im Hotel, man muss nach Page fahren/laufen (10 min/50min). Für einen entspannten Urlaub perfekt.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room when I arrived. The hotel is not like the photos, bedroom furniture worn and broken . I was a woman on her own and besides sitting by the pool, walking along the beach (which I didn’t do), or eating there was nothing else to do. The hotel dining staff were very friendly and the buffet food very good. I stayed for 3 days, which was too long.

Peccato per la camera......

Ottima location, grande disponibilità di tutto il personale, buona la ristorazione con menù poco vario per la formula all inclusive. Peccato la camera assegnataci....mobili vecchi, armadio fatiscente, bagno da ristrutturare....e per fortuna era la tipologia più costosa! Abbiamo chiesto diverse volte il cambio camera, e malgrado ci fossero camere libere, non c'è stato mai concesso. Solamente gli ultimi 3 giorni su 15 di soggiorno c'è stato proposto il cambio camera in quanto l'aria condizionata si era rotta. Totale mancanza di professionalità e disponibilità del guest relations che si occupava, in mancanza di un direttore, della supervisione dei servizi.

Super bra hotel. Hotellchefen bryr sig verkligen om sin gäster åker ärenden åt oss i stan anordnar roliga aktiviteter under vistelsen. Jätte mysiga rum. Fint område. Helt okej mat o frukost. Hade helst haft mer lokal mat på menyn. Men absolut värt pengen.

Keine Bettlaken und Kissenhüllen für eine Nacht und keine 24 Stunden Rezeption, stark abgewohntes Zimmer und vor allem altes und müffelndes Badezimmer. Klimaanlage ratterte, Stuhl fiel fast auseinander, Balkontüre konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Es gab kein Buffet und Diskussionen mit der Managerin, um für das Frühstück Saft gegen eine kleine Flasche Wasser einzutauschen kostenfrei. Es gab fast nie Wasser im Zimmer und Stromausfälle. Ich musste mich oft mit selbst gekauftem Trinkwasser aus Plastikflaschen waschen/duschen. Nach mehreren Beschwerden und vielen leeren Versprechungen der Managerin brach ich den Aufenthalt ab. Mir wurde untersagt, das Hotelgelände zu verlassen für ganze 5 Stunden. Obwohl mir 2 Tage lang vor anderem Personal zugesagt wurde, dass ich bei anhaltenden Beschwerden abreisen kann und 10 % erstattet bekomme und die restlichen Nächte nicht bezahlen muss. 7 Nächte wurden abgebucht zu 100 %. Selten und sehr schlechtes Internet. Anruf bei Expedia und Polizei wurde mir untersagt. Die Managerin hat viel versprochen, nichts eingehalten, mich hingehalten und angelogen. Und eingesperrt. Jedes Hotel ist besser als dieses !!!

Perfect young family resort

The hotel is perfect for a young family getaway. Located right on a quiet stretch of white sand beach. Three main swimming pools for different levels of swimmer, including an excellent kids pool. Good food. Friendly service.

Inakzeptabler Storno kurz vor Anreise

Wir hatten langfristig im Voraus gebucht, bestätigt und schon bezahlt! Wenige Tage vorher kam einfach ein Storno vom Hotel selbst ( dies wurde nicht einmal an das online- Buchungsportal weitergeleitet!). Da wir schon am Urlaubsort waren, konnten wir die Reise nicht mehr stornieren. Und - wer ist im Urlaub ständig online und checkt e-mails?- in Afrika noch dazu nicht überall verfügbar ! Eine kurzfristige Buchung eines Alternativhotels war unmöglich, (Hauptsaison Weihnachten! , für 10 Tage ! ) Wir haben uns vor Ort das Hotel unter Vorwand angesehen, dabei dann erfahren, dass es ein Managementwechsel zum Dezember 2015 gab. Die Preise sind seitdem höher und über unserem gebuchten.... Somit lässt sich unschwer vermuten, dass das neue Management uns deswegen einfach storniert hat, Es ist also definitiv nicht vertrauenswürdig! Und mit solchem Geschäftspartnern macht man definitiv keine Verträge! Eine Buchung dieses Hotels unter dem neuen Management ist daher absolut nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht kurzfristig ohne Hotel dastehen und am Strand schlafen möchte!

Could be very nice.

The view and look of this hotel is very nice. It is right on the beach with nice swimming pools and rooms that have balconies with sea-views. However, the food and the service was terrible. The hotel was again under new management and everyone working seemed to be on "their first day". The prices for food/drinks were also not competitive with the other places in the area. The hotel has potential to be nice, but really needs some training for their staff and improvement to their menu. We were forced to go into nearby Paje for nearly every meal. The hotel quoted us $20 USD for a taxi to get there while all taxi drivers around would do it for $5 USD.

Pequeño y aislado, y con mala gestión

Es un hotel pequeño, en una zona de Zanzibar poco turística. Para hacer cualquier actividad (snorkel, submarinismo) hay que ir en taxi a otras zonas. La playa de enfrente es preciosa, y hay una pequeña parte privada orientada a la piscina, donde uno se puede relajar tomando el sol tranquilamente. El problema es que al salir de la parte privada, y entrar en la parte pública siempre se acercan 2,3 o 4 personas intentando venderte excursiones. Son muy pesados, y al final ves que nadie sale a la parte pública para evitarlos. Otro problema es la marea: cuando baja, el agua se va muy lejos hasta casi el arrecife. También suele hacer viento (puede hacerse kite surf, aunque en el hotel no tienen). Las otras áreas públicas están muy bien (sala lounge, bar en piscina), y las piscinas son geniales y quedan resguardadas del viento. Hay masajista. La comida normal, tipo bufet con platos locales e italianos (es una cadena italiana). La pasta y la plancha se hace al momento. Se ofrecen cenas con langosta (no incluido en pensión completa, que están muy bien). Las habitaciones mal, con camas pequeñas (mido 1.84 y se me salían los pies) y colchones viejos. La limpieza era escasa (había arena al entrar en la habitación el primer día). Hay mucha diferencia entre las habitaciones de la piscina y los bungalows. Las primeras son muy básicas: la nuestra olía a humedad, era ruidosa y entraba luz de la escalera. Recomiendo bungalow, que es mucho más cómodo y amplio, y el baño es más completo. Todas tienen mosquitera en ventanas y en la cama. Hay agua caliente, excepto cuando se va la luz (una tarde/noche se fue varias veces la luz, por 10minutos, y no funcionaba la bomba del agua). No hay agua embotellada en la habitación, y si se pide en el bar/restaurante para llevar, la cobran (no incluído). No hay carteles de "no molestar/limpien la habitación", por lo que a menudo llamaban a la puerta para limpiar muy pronto (entre 8-9am) y nos despertaban. Al decirles que vinieran más tarde, se olvidaban y había que perseguirles para que limpiaran. Se veían algunas habitaciones con un papel colgado de la puerta, escrito a mano "do not disturb". El servicio de lavandería es poco profesional. Tardaron más, y estropearon 1 jersey. Contactar con el hotel es una odisea (no se puede conseguir e-mail ni teléfono, y el formulario de contacto de la web no está gestionado por ellos). Lo intenté en varias ocasiones para confirmar la reserva, pedir transporte delde el aeropuerto, y preguntar sobre excursiones, y me fue imposible (conseguí un número de sudáfrica, y de allá me pasaron a otro de Italia, hasta que me cansé). En caso de problemas (que los hubo), la dirección del hotel no es nada eficiente en resolverlos. La mayoría habla italiano, aunque hay una persona que habla español y otra habla inglés.
