"The location and hospitality of The Strand Palace was just wonderful! So close to covent garden and a quick walk to the national gallery and British museum! I misplaced the card with her name, but I believe it was Zahara? She was lovely and allowed me to check in a few hours early which was so much appreciated after a long flight. Mohammed was also very helpful storing and retrieving my luggage before and after my stay. Thank you for a lovely night in London!"

"A beautiful hotel with warm, helpful, and welcoming staff. The Hotel staff always greeted you at the entrances and lobby and made you feel safe and welcome. Staff helped me check- in and out smoothly and were so helpful in answering all questions. For my first time in London, this Hotel made my UK visit even more wonderful! I plan to stay at this hotel again when I return to London and I cannot wait to return!"

"Our room was small but comfortable. There was enough for both of us to unpack and organize our belongings in drawers/shelves or on hangers behind the full length mirror. Even with that, we were able to stow our 4 bags in a cubby under the bed that was clearly designed for that purpose. We were particularly intrigued by the matching sets of controls on both sides of the bed that handled everything from room temp to light levels and whether or not we wanted housekeeping. The only downside was that the window in our space was actually outside our room on the other side of a fixed glass panel. We decided against asking for a different room because it really was a minor issue. The location of the hotel in Westminster was really convenient to so many sights and several Underground stations...not to mention awesome parks and great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again."

"We enjoyed our 2 nights at The Riu Westminster. Super modern & quiet. Quiet neighbourhood with a short 15 minute walk to Westminster Abbey & Churchill War rooms. Breakfast had a lot of options. Only negative was the layout - you’re immediately in the washroom area when you enter the room. The shower room & the toilet room were too dark and kind of lacked privacy."
