"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

"The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."

"I loved the balcony in our room. I have difficulty with walking, and a lift would have been a nice touch. However, the difficulties were overcome, and the staff were extremely good at helping and taking heavy luggage to our rooms. Many thanks. The best policy was to talk to the staff, who were delighted to help in many ways, and they were very good. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will use this hotel again. "Well planned apartment with everything that was needed for cooking and laundry. Well situated close to the town and cathedral. Parking was an issue as Norwich has hardly any available on the street so the cost is substantial."

The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "
