Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "
