"Friendly staff and professional. Location a bit further out but easy access to get to everything. Breakfast was nice and room spacious. Airport shuttle private was good and smooth. Shared shuttle was not clear, collected people from other hotels, despite booking through the hotel. Time given to wait for shuttle was too broad. "

"Room was clean and updated. AC worked phenomenally, the breakfast was great with fruit, egg station, pastries, juices, hot station, pancakes, and desserts. The pool was fantastic. They even had a pool side bar that was by one get one for happy hour, which we took full advantage of. You really don’t even have to leave the resort there is a restaurant , cafe and small grocery store right on the property! "

"The hotel was under major works and we were not told when we booked. The gym and roof lounge were closed which is what attracted us to the hotel . They were re- roofing above the restaurant using pneumatic drills which was so loud, also grinding flat concrete flooring . This created dust which is very dangerous right over the pool so we couldn’t use that either because of noise and dust. The drilling was so loud at breakfast we couldn’t eat or hear each other . The was also by our room. It is a real shame as staff and the hotel would have been lovely but should not be open whilst doing this. We paid a lot of money to stay there and had to move hotels after one night . The staff should not have to work in that level of noise without ear defenders."

"The hotel room is cozy. The air conditioning works well, the bed is large and comfortable, and the bed linens and towels are good. The bathroom is small, but okay. There was a water shortage a few times, but I believe that's normal in the region. Breakfast only offers one option: a savory item, pancakes, or yogurt, but they are tasty. There is no TV in the room. The location is good, but not central, about a 10-15 minute walk from the center. The entire space is occupied by cabins; there are no social or leisure areas."
