"What a fantastic place, great location. Excellent updated facilities since the refurbishment. Walking distance to town via the Vasse river so everything is at your doorstep. Pool was lovely, clean rooms and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"Check in was rushed , wasn’t explained very well where our room was located , spent 15 minutes looking for it. Room was outdated for price . Bed was too soft did speak to the duty manager as I have a bad back, house keeping came to room with a white looking doona that had yellow stains over it and was told that was a mattress topper , house keeping were shocked at condition of it as she pulled out of a black garbage bag, then maintence came to our room with a big square piece of wooden board , stripped the bed sheet off , place wood on top of mattress and put sheet on top . That was so hard my partner took it off and went and saw duty manager he said best he could do as all mattresses are the same , he said no one had ever complained about the matresses been soft before . Dinner valentines night waited 90 minutes for food , food was below average , looked at 13 dirty tables during our visit , staff member was rude, when paying our bill the lady asked if “ I had calm down and wanted to talk . My reply was no and headed to to the duty manager. I did also make a written complaint to the Abbey and they replied but didn’t really care , for the money we paid for a 2 night stay , very disappointing. Would not go back ."

"Yes it did, the view was beautiful. The staff at this hotel.are very efficient and very good with a nice chatty warm interactions. Yhe hotel is smart with excellent facilities. We ate in the restaurant only one night and it was very good. I will always try and stay here when i return. Thank you"

"I have stayed at "Caves" many times, it is an excellent hotel and it is a short walk through the property's beautiful gardens to the magnificent Yallingup Lagoon beach. Here you can swim in lovely calm clear waters, encircled by a reef and watch the waves come crashing in from the Indian Ocean, it is just perfect!"

"A great little hotel, nicely positioned with a pool and oub attached. Parking is right outside some rooms which could be a little noisy and busy as a bottle shop is also next door. The lucky ones who get a room through the gated area and around the pool have a pwrfect litle secure bubble. Rooms are neat, the bathroom is a little tight space wise. "

"Love this location, the staff is professional, the pool is great and has breathtaking views. The villas are needing a bit of maintenance tho but heard it's planned. Breakfast buffet is huge. However the gym needs to be re arrange and new equipment is very much needed."

"What a great set up and location. Excellent community feel with the central outdoor spaces a hub for gathering guests to enjoy accommodation, cafe and restaurant. Rooms to the apartment were clean. Easy walk to access supermarkets, bakery and other dining options."
