Stayed here for a weekend business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the nice rooms, the kind front desk staff and the great breakfast included with the price of the room. Didn't have time to try out the pool but it looked clean and inviting. Overall I was very impressed by my experience. Especially great value for the money!

The entire resort was pristine, clean, and looked brand new. The room had everything you needed electronically and personally. The first class hotel. Highly recommended!

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is in a fantastic location, and our room was very spacious. The balcony was definitely a highlight and a real plus. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was quite disappointing. We had to wait around 30 minutes for our room even though the official check-in time had already passed. What made this even more frustrating was that I had priority early check-in, a benefit that I was ultimately unable to enjoy at all. While waiting, we tried to sit in some armchairs near the reception area after being told to wait for our room. We were then asked to leave because our daughter was under 21. We were not sitting at the bar itself, but apparently the chairs belonged to the bar area. This left us with nowhere comfortable to sit while waiting for a room that should already have been ready. For a hotel of this level, I was genuinely surprised that there was no appropriate waiting area near reception for families or guests traveling with someone under 21. Between the delayed room, the unused priority early check-in benefit, and then being asked to leave the only nearby seating area, the beginning of our stay was far from the experience we expected from The Cosmopolitan. Thankfully, once we finally got into our room, the rest of our stay was much more enjoyable. The room was spacious, the location was excellent, and the balcony was fantastic. We would consider returning, but I sincerely hope the arrival experience is handled better next time.

The property is always clean, been to it 4 times. Never disappoints.
