"Hotel is about three years old, so I expected it to be as clean as it was. However, the hospitality maintenance staff was to be questioned in that they did not secure the exterior side door due to using it frequently during the day and there was an issue with my room after it had been refreshed. I did speak with the front desk supervisor in reference to it, and was switch to another room, which I greatly appreciate it. I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I have in the past however, Michelle, the front desk supervisor was very tentative to my request and I greatly appreciated her for that."
