"All of the staff were kind and helpful. At check in, they offered a map that included some food recommendations! We ate at a couple of restaurants on the list and they were all delicious! The room itself was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was amazing. It’s a quick walk from Jagalchi market and BIFF square. If I were to come back to Busan, I would most definitely stay at this hotel! 10/10 recommend!"

"It was my first time visiting Busan and was surprised how small the room was, but it had all the necessary amenities in the room. Nothing was missing and my wife and I stayed two nights comfortably. The room was very clean and organized and the front desk staff were very friendly. Also, you can drop off your luggage before your check-in time so that you can walk around the city freely. Did I mention the breakfast that is included with the room? It is amazing with good variety of meats and veggies Korean style. We have absolutely loved this hotel and if I travel to Korea again, I will definitely stay at their hotels more often."
