"Room was clean but very basic for what was advertised as a superior suite, not enough towels and had to go back to reception to get a hair dryer. breakfast was a bit unorganised and not very clear on the continental side of things, had to ask for sugar and butter, although the main course itself was very good. "The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were very all very helpful and welcoming. Dinner was exceptional, it was hot tasty and you got a decent plate of food rather than a taster of food. The pool and gym amenities were a great addition to the stay. With the hotel only 10 minutes from Chester Zoo it was a great place to stop to be able to spend the day there and then the pool, hot tub and sauna were great to rest the legs after a long day of walking. Definitely recommend staying here."
