In general it was a good stay and I do recommend the hotel. Room was clean, staff were nice and friendly. The only problem we had was the baby cot, from a side, the net was ripped and the frame was broken.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, everything in historic city are in walking distance . The hotel is new, clean and room spacious . Big advantage is the private parking of the hotel . Hotel personnel is friendly. The restaurant has a very nice view , you can see all city .

Excellent facility and service

It was amazing. Sheets towels etc changed daily. Receptionists were exceptional. I enjoyed the meal at the restaurant and the service too. The hotel is cool I recommend it for anyone coming to Bursa.

Nice and modern hotel with the great location

This is a newly opened hotel for less than two months, and the location is excellent. All the beautiful (Bursa Ulu Camii)and best shopping (Bursa Grand Bazaar) places in Bursa are within a few minutes of walking, and the subway (Metro) station is just 1 min walk including turning a corner. The hotel staffs also have for good English communication and enthusiasm for service. The room facilities are also complete. By the way, if you stay at the room which has City View, then you will see the most beautiful Bursa panoramic mountain view. Finally, I would like to comment about its breakfast. It is nice with a big portion. The manager and staffs of the restaurant are also so hospitalities. I definitely will accommodate at the hotel if I revisit Bursa.

This hotel is perfect. Strongly recommended for tourists visiting Bursa. Located at the center of the city. Good access to any tourist places. Smart Tav is deployed in the room so guests can enjoy YouTube etc. If you could be given a room on the Grand Mosque side, the view is breathtaking. I was so impressed. Mr. Burak at the front desk, he is the top-rater. He speaks English fluently and helps guests before being asked. Visitors would know where to go and what to eat. ---message to Mr Burak--- Thanks to your help, we really enjoyed the stay at Lilium Hotel and Bursa. Please tell the future guests that they should check whether BUDO is operating before going to the port. In our case, BUDO was cancelled and we had to go to Terminal and find a bus to Istanbul!! Now we are back in Tokyo and the incident is already a good memory. You and your colleagues told me Istanbul is good but Bursa is nicer. Yes, I agree. See you again.

We stayed at the suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge common room. Everything was brand new and clean, people very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well located, easy to get to the bazar, the wall, downtown area. Some cons: The bedding is synthetic, not cotton as I am used to have in the hotel. Not a big deal, but did not go together with otherwise luxurious feel of the hotel. We asked the receptionist to get us a taxi two times. First time, we got a taxi in 5 minutes, but second time, a man got involved and he arranged a car for us instead of a taxi. The car was new and clean and the driver excellent, but we had to wait for the car for 25 minutes and as a result we barely made it to the ferry on time. We had no idea we will be getting a private car with a driver, we asked for a taxi and it would have been nice to have a choice.
