CLOSED HOTEL

We reserved 5 star Kervansaray otel in Bursa. when we arrived there, we got suprised beacuse hotel has been closed for more than 6 months. I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone. After more than 1 hour talking they sent us another otel but it was 4 star hotel. We chose Kervansaray just for swimming and SPA with our children but the new hotel has no swimming pool So our trip did not achieve its goal. I can write more bad things but I think it is enough we were 2 family with our children and turned back just taking a small trip

Otel çok eskiydi banyodaki küvet tıkalıydı hep su birikti ve pdadaki mini bar açılmıyordu ayrıca ara ara özellikle gece pis bir koku geliyordu odaya çok rahatsız ediciydi bunlara ek olarakta kahvaltı ilk gün açık büfeydi ama ikinci gün açık büfe kurulmadı

Kadinlar hamami

Adı kervansaray olan ve su anda agirlikli arap yarimadasindan gelen misafirlere hizmet veren bir otelin termal kisminin karma oldugunu daha iyi anlatmalari gerekiyor. Hamamlari kadin erkek ayri yapmislar ancak Kadınlar hamamina giderken, erkeklerin termal dinlenme alanindan geciyorsunuz. Sagolsun o yabanci misafirler de kadinlara bakmaya pek yatkinlar. Otel bilgisinde 2 kapali 2 acik yuzme havuzu yaziyorsunuz kadin erkek ayri algisi yaratiyorsunuz ancak kadinlara ozel hamamin yolunu bile duzgun yapamamissiniz. Biraz da eski olmasindan baska bir sorun yok. Tesis guzel

Hamam gayet güzel fakat hafta içi gidin derim, hafta sonu kalabalık, otopark için ücret verdik. Oda temizliği vasat çok kötü ilk girişte oda değiştirdik. Sabah kahvaltısı güzel, biraz bakılması gerekiyor otele. Fakat sıcak suyu için dahi gidilir.

Hayal Kırıklığı

Termal ve yakın diye gittik. sular ılık akıyor. Resepsiyona ilettik. Ertesi gün de ılıktı. Termal otelde sıcak su yok. Hamam 22:00ye kadar dendiği için 21:00 de gittim. Hamam kapalı temizlik yapılıyor diye geri çevrildim. Tek kullanacağım günde kullanamadım. Fakat hamam çalışanları hariç bu durumdan kimsenin bilgisi yoktu. Resepsiyondakiler, havuz görevlileri de şaşırdı. Genel müdür sağolsun geldi, onun da bilgisi yokmuş. sıcak samimi bir yaklaşım sergiledi bize hak verdi ama hamam kullanamadım. Bence çalışanlar başına buyruk davranıp müşteriyi geri çeviriyor.

It's very old hotel with stinking bathrooms. They have said there will be a renovation in June so j suggest everyone to chose a different hotel in the area until then. Definitely not worth for what we have paid. Staff is not trained for a 5 stars hotel.Such a shame.

Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звезд, звездность отсутствует вовсе. Номера в ужасном состоянии, завтраки тоже очень плохие с просроченными продуктами. При заезде с нас пытались взять больше денег, долго пришлось доказывать, что мы ничего не должны и все было уже оплачено. Хамам также не впечатлил вовсе. Не советуем к посещению данный отель

The hotel carpet need to renew. Whenever you request coffee after dinner at the hotel they inform you that it is a gift "Ikram" when you sign the bill, this is just to take tips, then at the time of check out you discover that nothing was free.
