Not as good as in the past
Perfect location, perfect breakfast BUT a) they never answered an email of mine, asking for help with car rental, b) wifi and internet didn't work for 2 whole days, they said it was my phone problem (which, by the way was working perfectly even in the buses from and to İstanbul), c) no room service during the only day we needed it, i.e. Saturday and d) the main lamp of the room broke the 2nd day, I didn't bother asking them to look at it. Very different from other past stays of mine there, not worth it's price.

Great location, friendly staff, free parking in the middle of the city, good breakfast. Small rims which is expected in the middle of the city. Cleanliness is average.

Best location, but the hotel itself is not great and quite small. We booked a large room and even that was small. The location is amazing with the main Kent square and mall and transport links just a step outside.

Weekend stay
Our stay was for one day and all was pleading. The only frustration we had was to find the drive in by car to the front of the hotel due to traffic barriers that was taken away by hotel personnel after our detour. They must find a way to advise customers driving in, in advance. Traffic is more than a bit tricky in the area.

Really nice hotel in great location
The Kardes Hotel is very comfortable. I stayed in winter and it was warm and cosy. It was very clean, with very friendly and helpful staff and it has a lift. The breakfasts were amazing, with a huge range of choices. I will definitely stay there again. The location was perfect, on a very large square with a big shopping centre next door with good coffee shops. There were buses, taxis, a tram stop and even the train station round the corner. The tram takes you to within walking distance of all the sights.

Nice solid 3 star hotel in downtown bursa
The hotel is excellent for the price we payed. It is located in the middle of the downtown just across the road of a huge mall. Parking is available with free valet. Building is a bit old and in need of some renovation. Took us about 20 mins to get to ski resort by our car. Bus stops are right across the street. Staff are helpful and welcoming. The only problem with this hotel was its rooms, very very veryyy small rooms and especially the toilets. I literally was not able to use the toilet because it wouldn't fit me. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Overall it was enough for the one night we stayed there. If you are a family i sugges lt u find a place with bigger toilets.

Otelin yeri oldukça merkezi bir konumda, olduğu için yürüyerek ulu cami, koza han gibi tarihi yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Giriş vale aracımızı aldı. Oda temizdi ve oldukça sıcaktı. Kahvaltısı benim için yeterliydi taze çay vardı. Ailecek kalabilirsiniz

غرف الفندق جداً سيئة وصغيرة دورة المياة ماتقدر تتحرك داخلها الفندق مافي خدمات والمحلات الي حولين الفندق بعد الساعة ١٢ كل شي مغلق

위치대박 :D
켄트 쇼핑몰 바로 앞에 있고, 쇼핑몰안에는 스타벅스와 맥도날드,kfc,파파이스 지하엔 까르푸가 있고, 부르사터미널에서 38번타면 바로 쇼핑몰에서 내려주기 때문에 호텔을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 호텔앞에는 올드트램이 있기 때문에 울루자미에도 쉽게 갈수 있고, 뒤쪽으로는 오스만가지 메트로역이 있습니다!!! 조식은 루프탑 레스토랑에서 먹을 수 있는데 뷔페식이고, 맛있습니다. 방 에어컨도 시원하고, 방도깔끔, 와이파이도 잘터지고,헤어드라이도 바람이 강해서 좋았습니다.!

Odalar küçük ancak otelin konumu çok iyi. Havaalanına ulaşım çok kolay. Personel güleryüzlü ve son derece saygılı. Yataklar temiz ve rahat. Kahvaltı gayet zengin ve özenle hazırlanmış. Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Bursa'ya bir daha gelirsem yine burada kalırım.

Lautes Hotel. Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft.
Ich hatte ein Kurzaufenthalt von 4 Nächten in Bursa. Zwei negative Punkte sind zu erwähnen. 1. Es ist sehr laut. Die Hotelgäste sind fast ausschließlich Araber und wenn die in normaler Lautstärke reden ist das für einen Europäer, als würden sie sich streiten. Gleichzeitig wird laute Musik bis 01:00 Uhr gehört. 2. Das Zimmer ist ungenügend gereinigt worden. Es ist einfach nur eklig, wenn man Fußnägel von jemand anderem auf dem Fußboden findet.

merhaba, otelin hizmeti kahvaltısı temizliği çok güzeldi,güleryüzlü personeli her konuda size yardımcı oluyor ayrıca hepsine teşekkür ederiz çok saygılılar. ,kahvaltısı çok taze ve bol çeşitliydi..Tek sıkıntı merkezde olduğu için ön tarafa bakan odalarda sokağın gürültüsünü fazlasıyla duyuyorsunuz ses olduğu gibi içerde onun dışında aileninizle birlikte kalabilceğiniz temiz bir otel.

MERHABA , Bursa da heryere yakın herkezin de bildiği çok güzel bir otel. 2 gece konakladık eşim ile ve çok memnun kaldık. Personel her konuda çok yardımcı. otopark üvretsiz ve vale hizmeti var , çalışanlar her daim size istekli birşekilde yardımcı oluyorlar.

ثاني مرة اسكن في الفندق، جيد جدا و ان شاء الله ليست اخر مره، اختاره لموقعة الاستراتيجي فقط توجد ملاحظة على البطيء الشديد للانترنت و الفندق يحتاج الى بعض الترميم
