"Room was clean but tv did not work. The vent had something growing around it and the furniture was old. I noticed the upgrades to the room but plenty was left out. I do appreciate the stay overall but it was more nostalgic then comfortable. For the price I don't know if I will stay again."

"It honestly wasnt that bad but there was a roach in our room. They gave us a new room but I can't give them more then I did because of the roach."

"Great breakfast options, clean and well-appointed rooms, and a timely shuttle with friendly service made for an excellent stay. The entire team, from reception to the restaurant staff, was exceptional. I also appreciated the ample workspace in the lobby, which was especially convenient while waiting for a flight. The only minor challenge was rideshare pickup, which could be a bit confusing. I would recommend arranging Uber or Lyft pickup at the Sonesta next door for an easier experience."

"Lovely, clean rooms with very cozy (soft) beds and great showers. The gym is fabulous, with full weights and mirrors plus limited use. Pool looked lovely, but it was too cool for us to use it. My only (slightly) negative comment was the poor customer service at the front desk. The staff was repeatedly caught up in personal conversations or working in multiples on a single customer, which made interactions slow and frustrating. Overall, lovely hotel with great amenities!"
