"The hotel isn't the newest, but seems to have been well maintained and decently updated. Public spaces were clean and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked great.
Check in was quick and all interactions with staff were polite and professional.
Breakfast was the typical kind offered at most hotels, although the breakfast space was very small... we had to share a table.
One of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area and definitely worth it."
"Check in was quick and seamless. The guy spent some time on answering our questions about the area and even suggested we see a few of the local waterfalls. The room was very nice, as well as the bathroom - both looked updated recently. It was nice that there are a Denny’s at one end and another restaurant (Moxies) at the other end of the hotel - nice convenience. The Desk Clerk, both evening and morning were really nice people. I would stay here again."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
