"I’ve never seen a hotel pool and hot tub so poorly maintained. There was a film of sludge/slime coating the pool to the point where footprints in it could be seen. The jets on the hot tub didn’t work. You don’t clean and maintain a pool simply by dumping chlorine into it. So gross!!"
