The room was not located in the main resort as expected. The room was dark and had a light that was out. The hair dryer didn't work. Attempting to get the problems resolved took hours. We were able to get help only after shift change

Everything was great. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Only complaint I have is that the trash cans, sink, and bathtub weren’t clean. The trash cans were gross at best under the bags.

My only quibble would be that with no housekeeping planned for my stay, a toilet brush and cleaner would be a good idea. Also, there were no pans despite the provision of the hob. Otherwise, it was great. A good location and friendly, helpful staff.
