Disappointing stay

I booked this hotel as have stayed many times without any issue. However, this time i booked room for 2 people but took my daughter and wife and was charged for another room. The extra room i booked was unused as we stayed in the 1 room so was a waste of money and felt the hotel was just wanting more money out of customers. I also saw in the morning that other customers had problems and staff called police on them. Unfortunately after staying many times at this hotel, this will be my last time i stay here.

The hotel was old and not well maintained. Bathroom was awful. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Ask for mattress topper to soften mattress. Staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and very little English. I know advertised as budget but not acceptable

Good sound deal

Even though I arrived very early in the morning everything went smoothly. For a small extra charge I was allowed to enter my room and relax. Reasonable basic standard, good value for money, friendly service. Ample parking but could not see many services within walking distance. Not sure about on site restaurant because I ate out. Ideal for travelling by car.
