Hotel itself is a bit tired and needs a bit of an upgrade but still quite comfortable. Comfy bed, free wi-fi and mini bar. Lovely, helpful and friendly stuff... spoke English well. Free parking in the underground below hotel. Overall very enjoyable stay. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on it.

The room on the whole was fine and the beds were comfortable. The floor could have benefited from a clean. The seal on the shower cubicle leaked and we had a mini lake in the bathroom after each shower. Sadly the lift was out of order during our stay which made the getting to and from our room and the restaurant harder for me as I have osteoarthritis in both knees.

Ok place but not impressive

Ok hotel, convenient to the Castle, stores and restaurants. Not in the “tourist” section. Overall it was average, the big downside is there was no AC, and no screens on the windows so it was hard to have fresh air in the room. It was hot, the fan helped but that along with German hard beds, rest is hard. It did have lots of shed space, and decent coffee. Clean, modern and essentially quiet in terms of a hotel.

I stayed here one night on business. There are multiple dining options within walking distance of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was let down by noise - could hear everything from hallway and birds/church bells outside. Parking is good. Ask hotel for parking instructions before you arrive - it will streamline the process. Room was clean enough and bathroom good but dated. Overall a good choice for a limited stay.

No cleaning of the room was done on our 3 night stay, we requested over the phone and by email to do the cleaning and was not done, not towels were available after our first night, there is noise at night because there is a night club next door, would not recommend to stay here.
