Very pleasant stay in a quadruple room, very spacious and livable with kids. Nice pool area and lobby where you can drink/eat. Some equipments a bit dated but very good overall.

A bit of a bummer that the all parking spaces were always occupied and we either needed to park illegally or offsite. Especially as you are charged 18 Euro per Night. One night was reduced as we we complained that we had to park offsite.

Het hotel heeft een goede naam en 4sterren plus. Dan mag je verwachten dat de kamer helemaal stofvrij zijn ook op de plekken die je niet elke week hoeft schoon te maken. Spinnerag aan plafond en roosters in de douche. Veel verfwerk in de gang mis en of is beschadigd.

Het personeel bij de receptie was niet heel gastvrij. Ze reageerden niet of heel kortaf. Toen we na het ontbijt terugkwamen bij onze kamer stond de deur wagenwijd open en was er een raam opengezet. Er was alleen niemand in onze kamer. Het vermoeden is dat er iemand van housekeeping binnen is geweest. Maar we hebben melding gemaakt dat we het niet fijn vonden dat onze kamerdeur wagenwijd open is blijven staan. Gelukkig ontbrak er niets van onze spullen, maar we zijn wel geschrokken. Bij melding van deze situatie bij de receptie werd er vrij laconiek gereageerd "oh we zullen het vragen aan housekeeping hoe dit kan".

geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr großem Bett! sauberes Bad. Haustierfreundlich, frühstücken mit Hund ist in der Lobby möglich - sehr gut! - aber wenn man morgens sich in die Lobby zum frühstücken setzt, sollten zumindest die Tische vom Vorabend sauber gemacht worden sein (Krümelreste, klebrige Glasränder auf Tisch), nicht so gut ein sauberes und angenehmes Schwimmbad, 1,40m Beckentiefe, dadurch Wasseraqua möglich! Parkmöglichkeit im Hotelgelände, sehr gute Lage, Wald, Strand und Zentrum in gut 30 min. zu Fuss erreichbar

Ich kann die teilweise schlechten Bewetungen nich verstehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich un kompetent. Super Frühstück. Große Zimmer. Auch Sauber. Klar gibt es auch immer irgendwie was zu meckern. Risse in den Handtüchern oder manchmal muss mal rübergepinselt werden aber es ist alles großzügig und ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Ja es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüht . Vielen Dank

Aangenaam hotel

Super mooi en aangenaam hotel, spijtig dat de aangeraden restaurants in de buurt alleen op reservatie werken en wegens het regenachtige weer konden we ook niet op het terras eten.
