The schloss complex has been converted imaginatively and tastefully into a well-equipped hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were most helpful and courteous and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.

I wish there had been something to do besides the spa. There needs to be some transportation available to go to some of the natural wonders ie caves, Maria Laachsee or other places.

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Grande salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne et baignoire. Très bon restaurant et petit-déjeuner copieux. Pas beaucoup d’info sur le spa cependant.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, alles bestens. Zimmer sehr gut, Zustand, Komfort etc. Frühstück und Essen sehr gut. Das ganze Personal sehr freundlich. Schade ist, dass sich vorige Gäste mit Hund sehr verantwortungslos gezeigt haben, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit Hund eingeschränkt werden musste. Es ist sehr traurig, dass es scheinbar immer noch Leute (Gäste) gibt, die sich ihrer Verantwortung und Verpflichtung mit Hund und/oder Kind nicht im Klaren sind und respektlos mit fremden Eigentum umgehen; und schaden letztendlich alle anderen vernünftigen Gästen damit.

Der Check-in war sehr holprig, doch das Personal hat das Problem nach einem 20-minütigen Hin und Her zufriedenstellend gelöst. Eins der beiden gebuchten Zimmer war dann in einer schlechteren Kategorie als das Zimmer in der tatsächlich gebuchten Kategorie und eine Entschädigung gab es dafür auch nicht, doch das habe ich akzeptiert. Das Hotel ist schön und gepflegt, der SPA-Bereich angenehm. Die Beauty-Behandlungen sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, doch vor allem die Dame in der Schlossschenke und die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen im Spa sind überaus freundlich und kompetent. Einen Fitnessraum gibt es leider nicht, das haben wir vermisst, da in der Umgebung wenige Aktivitäten angeboten werden (März). Zum Wandern eignet sich das Hotel vermutlich gut. Eine Art Lobby o.Ä. in der man z.B. nachmittags Kaffe trinken und Kuchen essen kann, hätten wir uns auch gewünscht. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen, die Büffet-Auswahl ist mittelmäßig und die Platten waren meistens leer, vor allem am Karfreitag. Mehr Abwechslung wäre außerdem angebracht (wir blieben zwei Nächte und hätten das 3. Mal dort nicht frühstücken können, da man nach 2 Tagen ohne Abwechslung genug hatte).. Dennoch war ein schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Es war sehe schön. Der Wellnessbereich war ruhig und das Personal freundlich ubd kompetent. Das einzige, was ich bemängeln kann, ist die leichte Unfreundlichkeit einer einzelnen Mitarbeiterin bei Nachfragen. Ansonsten war alles perfekt :) wäre gern länger geblieben!

Grds. sind wir nicht verwöhnt, aber leider müssen wir einige Punkte abziehen, leider nicht gefragt aber trotzdem erwähnenswert. Die Küche war leider nicht dem Anspruch der Unterkunft gerecht geworden. Das ist sehr sehr schade. Zimmer und Spa Gastro alles sehr sauber und gut, aber das Essen ging leider gar nicht, hier würde ich max einen halben Stern fürs Frühstück.. Kann leider beim Essen die positiven Bewertungen nicht teilen, vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech. Wir saßen nach dem Essen noch eine Stunde(Kritik wurde eins zu eins weitergeleitet, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise) und hatten es uns gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein gemacht. Angeblich war der Koch direkt nach der Kritik auf der Suche nach uns...Postiv, bei der Abreise haben wir zur Entschädigung eine Flasche Sekt erhalten.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, der Wellnessbereich sehr schön, wenn auch vielleicht mit zu wenig Ruheliegen ausgestattet; das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, nicht zu vergessen das Burgschänkenrestaurant sowie Frühstück sehr gut. Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt für uns.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was varied and delicious. The restaurant did not serve a variety of food or drink, however the food was fantastic. Public transport was not as easy to use as in the City but the area around the hotel is within easy access to many hikes and local attractions were within a short car drive.
