The room was very clean and very spacious. It had a nice little kitchenette. The hotel owners and staff are wonderful people. Very kind and helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was affordable, and excellent! So many choices! They made us really good omelettes. Our stay was very short, but it was a lovely hotel experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. If you're looking for a place to stay in Burgas, look no further!

Great amenities and outstanding service

We booked the apartment for our family stay. The room is huge and has a lot of amenities, they left flowers and a toy for our daughter! We arrived late and they kindly made us dinner in the restaurant. The service is excellent overall. Maria the manager goes out of her way to help.

Very nice hotel!

I stayed 3 nights and will be back in 3 days. The receptionists were very helpful and nice. They arranged for my ride from the airport to hotel. A driver was waiting for me at the gate. This hotel is very much recommended.

Great area off beaten track shopping good with local Lidl store close buy car was parking good Staff friendly and helpful manager speaks good english very helpful a. The four bed room was clean and well run a great place to stay quite reasonable rates would recommend Terence Patrick Flanagan.

Big room, good service

Well did not use all the services of the hotel, but had contact before our arrival and service was superb, helpful with transport etc. View could have been better, but we went there to sleep:)

Don’t overlook this diamond of a hotel because you don’t see the incredible value of the very charming staff and their caring service. This hotel’s value is in that service. I loved my room and the lovely breakfast and dinner, loved its situation in town near to Kaufland, Lidl snd Plaza Mall. But the relationship with the hotel’s manager Mariya, ever so helpful and kind, is the aspect that will keep bringing clients to Burgas.

A great family run hotel in Burgas

First time in Borgas which was not planned after flight cancellations from Dublin to Poland. Only way could get back at such short notice. I am a Hotels.com Gold member and was entitled to VIP access. To be honest it was the best VIP access I have ever experienced thanks to This Family run hotel A special mention to Maria as previously revewiers mentioned.She above the call of duty in particular my traumatic Trains Planes & Automobiles travel experience. Definitely truely amazing saving Grace. A big thanks to Maria and all her staff Garrett

I cannot praise the staff & the owners enough. It is a family run hotel & it shows; Maria was pleasant; fun & went above & beyond what was necessary to assist us during our stay; her son Bobbie was a delight. Peyko brought us local fish at dinner to try; it was lovely & something i probably wouldn't have tried otherwise. The staff were polite & very helpful. Tea; coffee & water are available all day free of charge; breakfast self serve with a adequate choice. Dinner is cooked fresh to order. The rooms are clean & spacious & there is a kettle & coffee machine in the room. The view from the rooms isnt great but the location is approximately a mile & half from the sea garden & beach but the lake walks are close by. There is a shopping centre & supermarkets very close by.
