"Rosdarrig House is a beautifully maintained residence. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Our hostess and her helper were very accommodating. The only drawback was the evenings were very chilly so I couldn't sit outside in the garden to watch the sunsets. That's no fault of our hostess."

"Parking was not obvious but on walking in, the staff were helpful and friendly from the first moment. We got useful info about the area, the dining options, parking, everything. The hotel itself is the best we stayed at in the whole west side of Ireland. If we are back in the area, we will be back there."

"I got the room which is very far from elevator. It took me about 200 steps to walk. the walkway is getting narrower once you walk further."

"I found this property to be very conveniently located. And all of the staff are exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. The one thing I would say is to be aware that electricity and power at this location are not as updated as other hotels on the east side of Ireland and to be prepared and feel comfortable to ask questions as I did. From check-in to check out every question I had was answered far beyond what I needed to know and I greatly appreciated all the help."

"If I could rate our stay higher I would. Everything was exceptional. The people who operate the lodge are kind, helpful, and just all around awesome. They let us store our bags ahead of check-in and hangout in the common area post check out. The room itself was super clean. Awesome spot, good value and vibes. "The bed was super comfortable which was fantastic after a few days of hiking the beautiful sites near Sligo. The bathroom even had a clothes line to hang dry our clothes on. Dining in the restaurant was superb and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we never used the plush housecoats they had for us in the room. Those were a nice bonus!"

"It is like furnished college apartment. Kitchen has reliable essentials, functional appliances, there are coin operated laundry machines near the reception. Quiet, spacious apartment with lake view."

"We got a warm welcome from the staff at reception when we arrived which set the scene for a lovely relaxed stay. Our room was clean, well equipped, quiet with a nice view of the garden. We had a nice evening meal in the bar restaurant with excellent service and our breafast was all we could wish for. Wish we were able have stayed a bit longer. Will definitely be back. "
