It was a lovely place to stay and walking distance to pubs, shops etc. I do have one suggestion and that is in the bathroom you need to leave a mop in there as after a shower there is literally water all over the floor. We did seem to be in a disabled bathroom so not sure if that's why the shower was all open but that's the only criticism I have, otherwise the room itself was lovely and spacious and a nice big TV :)

We had an excellent stay at the Bunbury Hotel. The service was exceptional. Our room was always beautiful cleaned each day and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our car was safely parked in a safe area and accessible at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return with our family in the near future.

Smelly AC system, fan was caked in mould / debris. Needs a chemical clean. Shower seemed to flick between hot and cold a lot. Karaoke down the road was very loud through the windows but they shut off about 1030. Spa was fantastic and bedding was comfortable.

Friendly staff and, although not super fancy, our room had everything we could need. Kitchenette was well equipped. The undercover parking area felt very safe. Unfortunately we were still too full from lunch to enjoy dinner at Silos Restaurant but it was a pleasant area to sit in for happy hour drinks. Got a discount for the room through hotels.com and that included buffet breakfast for two which is listed as $30 per person. Nothing too flash but plenty of options. A nice location to walk along Koombana Bay and would happily stay again.

The hotel is in a good location and the room that we had was very spacious. The buttett breakfast has a good selection to choose from. However there were some issues that the hotel had. During our 4 nights that we stayed 1 of the 2 lifts was out of order, the spa in the swimming pool area was out of order, the vending machine in reception was out of order and the heated swimming pool was only luke warm. Although the spa was out of order the water in the spa was nice and warm. We had an issue with the hot water in our room. The hot water when turned on started luke warm and shortly after turned cold. We reported the problem to reception the first day however the receptionist could not contact the manager who was away. The second day a plumber was called in and the faulty valve was replaced. The rest of our time there the hot water was good.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After several days on the road, the guest laundry facilities came in very handy.
