"Loved this hotel, location and views were amazing. The concierge desk was so helpful, especially David. No roof top bar as advertised. Unfortunately the heat wave impacted the air conditioning but the staff gave us a fan. Had to ask twice for ice, no machines. Also, there was water damage on carpeting ..."

"I had a couple of issues with my key card but they were sorted quickly. All staff were friendly and helpful.
