"The location is perfect!"

"We spent a night in the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay eventhough it was a short one. I will deffinetly stay again if I have got another oppertunity. Breakfast was fantastic, though the restaurant was bit warm at the time."

"Lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast if extortionate. 33 quid for a full English! Stayed over 1 night and fire alarm went off 4-5 times until 3am. Staff did not know the cause and ensure it wouldn’t happen again… and It did. However, in the morning reception staff ensured a full refund without ask due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Bed was very comfy and mini bar was full with goodies :)"

"The hotel was very poorly staffed throughout our stay. 75%+ of tables had dirty glasses / empty bottles that needed clearing. All draught options were off at the bar and we were charged 20% service for opening 2 bottles of beer. The spa was ok but very tired. The changing rooms had a lot of broken plastic worksurfaces. The pool itself was ok but had clearly had a rushed refurbishment with a poorly fitting pool liner. It all felt quite claustrophobic. The jacuzzi was way over-chlorined...

"Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In unserer Dusche war die Armatur kaputt und der Hebel für heißes und kaltes Wasser war kaum zum bewegen. Kein Service Telefon aufm Zimmer. Handtücher nur für eine Person obwohl Doppelzimmer gebucht. Frühstück war Continental und das hat man auch gemerkt. Nur Toastbrot, bisschen Marmelade ansonsten reines Englisch Breakfast. "Lovely view from the breakfast room across the river to O2 Arena. Bedroom (standard) a good size, bath and shower in ours, much appreciated as we walked a lot and had very tired feet. "location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman...

"This place is in a good location with easy access to transit as we did not have a vehicle. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn't really cook anything. The view out east was nice but the windows need a wash as it was tough to look out in the morning. Overall it was a good stay."

"The front desk wanted to charge 15 pounds for us to check in 30 min early. Buffet was basic and did not change at all so by day 3 we didn’t even want to eat there. Staff overall not the most friendly. Worse part by far is the entire hallway on the ground floor where our room was located off the lobby freaked of sewage. "Staff very helpful and returned our car keys. A big thank you to the female receptionist! The hotel itself is bland and is a bog stand business model. The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn. "Great stay at Tribe Hotel. Very convenient location (5 minutes walk to Jubilee line, Elizabeth line or DLR and right by all the shops and restaurants in Canary Wharf). You can easily get to the west end on these transport options or down to Greenwich or to the City of London. The rooms are on the smaller side (for example there is no wardrobe just a rail) but very stylish and well equipped.
