"Lovely stay near to the Bullring shopping centre and only 8-10 minutes from Birmingham new street station. Very friendly and helpful staff and efficient check in. The room (a twin studio) was great. Well equipped kitchen area, lovely bathroom with walk in shower, comfy beds and all spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is well placed in the city was quick access to shops, train station (New Street), concert venues (Town Hall and Symphony Hall). Doesn't have a restaurant, but plenty of eating places nearby. The hotel room, though small, was clean and had a comfortable bed. "
